Carmelo Anthony wants to end his career with the Knicks

Carmelo Anthony has worn five different jerseys over the course of his NBA career, but there really is only one where we will remember him when it will be said and done.

In his seven seasons with the Knicks, it was like a match made in heaven, although there is little to show for this. At that time, he made seven All-Star appearances, scored an average of 24.7 points per game, and won a scoring title. He was the face, heart and soul of that franchise until its departure in 2017.

According to some sources (The Post), Carmelo Anthony wants to return to the Knicks and end his career in New York:

Steve Mills, former Knicks president, did not want to join Anthony after Anthony forced an exchange and did not open his wish list. (Anthony had a non-trade clause). It still worked. The Knicks cashed in what turned into the center of second year Mitchell Robinson, selected with the choice of the second round of Oklahoma City in 2018. He is firmly convinced that Brooklyn-born Anthony would like to end his career as Knick and play for Thibodeau, which he publicly praised.
